It was a great pleasure and privilege to provide Food Safety Authority of India (FSS AI) staff and FSSAI expert committee members with a weeklong training on Microbiological Risk Assessment in the context of modern, risk-based food safety management with particular attention to how MRA can inform risk management and the establishment of useful microbiological testing.
