Training and capability building in the area of food safety, food safety risk assessment, food safety risk management, food safety risk communication, with some focus on microbiological hazards and risks
Support to food safety project initiation, management and delivery, for instance concerning national (NL), European (EU/EC) and international projects, contributing innovative ideas and broad experience to the successful delivery of projects
Providing expertise and specific advice (on personal authority) to inter-governmental and local/regional public food safety related organizations
Advice to food businesses on food safety risk management, food safety risk assessment and food safety risk communication
Hourly Rate
€200
Per hour
The hourly rate applies standard to all service provided. It includes all costs for providing expertise/advice, developing training resources, reporting and communicating, etc, as well as all local taxes and office costs for the consultant involved
The hourly rate does not include any cost for (out of office) travel, nor for subsistence during travel and service delivery
Services are agreed on through a terms of reference description and/or a contract
Dutch customers will be charged 9% VAT additionally
The project rate is negotiated case-by-case, tailored to the requirements of the specific project and is agreed on by contract, supported by terms of reference/project description
It will cover all office and travel related costs needed to deliver a specific project in time and in full, as well as all local taxes for the consultant involved
Phased payment applies: 25% at acceptance, 25% mid-term and 50% after final delivery
Dutch customers will be charged VAT as a separate invoice item
